Moshe Feiglin: Volunteer Professional Army Instead of Budget Increase for IDF

Just as I had warned in the Knesset, the IDF is now requesting additional funding in order to pay its salaries. Next week, I will once again convene the Caucus for a Professional Army in order to highlight how absurd the situation really is. On the one hand, the IDF is drafting people who are not needed in the army because it serves an outdated ethos and is politically expedient for Yair Lapid. On the other hand, every time Israel needs more money for the IDF or other purposes, it milks the middle class.
