| No Strings Attached?: By Moshe Feiglin |
Tamuz, 5768 July, '08 "He has recently become more religious," the
reporters explained as they described the second Jerusalem Moslem who
attempted to murder Jews with a tractor. The Israeli public is already used to terror attacks in the name of Allah. These attacks are euphemistically described as 'nationalistically motivated'. But everybody knows in whose name the terrorists stage their murderous assaults. The Arabs who piloted the Boeing jet into the Twin Towers did not yell "Long live Saudi Arabia!" and last week's murderous tractor driver did not declare "Long live the Arab nation!" before perpetrating their horrendous deeds. Every Israeli knows what Arabs shout as they murder. They shout the Moslim motto, 'Allah hu akbar.' They act in the name of their god. Their terrorism is not nationalistically motivated. It is religiously motivated. As opposed to the Left, the nationalist camp - and especially the national religious camp in Israel - is capable of understanding and dealing with this fact. But it is specifically this camp that is rapidly falling under the influence of a religious threat even more dangerous than Islam. It is specifically the nationalist and religious nationalist public that has been opening the door to xtianity and allowing it to slowly but surely sway Israeli reality. The xtian conquest is much more dangerous than the Moslim conquest because it is not direct. It is not violent. It is embracing and supportive. It connects with Israel against the Moslem enemy. It supports a Jewish Land of Israel in its entirety. It even speaks up for the sanctity of the connection between the Nation of Israel, the Land of Israel and the Torah of Israel. It just forgets to mention which Nation of Israel and which Torah. The nationalist public is not aware of the extent and depth of the influence that these groups have achieved in Israel. It is very easy to be enticed by the fact that they hide their motives and offer large sums of money to causes that are important and often crucial for Israel. It took me a bit of time to realize their true intentions, and in the meantime, I also received a small number of contributions from xtian factors. They insinuated that they were Noahides - non-Jews who have accepted the seven commandments that G-d gave to Noah, which negate xtianity. They declared that they were not part of any church and that the crucifix offends them. They simply forgot to mention that for them, G-d is actually the xtian deity and that the Nation of Israel is actually those who believe in that deity. Thank G-d, it took me a relatively short time to figure out what was going on and I cut off all ties with them. They are careful to hide their true intentions. They will not usually display the crucifix and will not mention the name of their deity in conversation with Jews. They simply 'love' us - "no strings attached." But their goal is clear: To immigrate to Israel by the millions, to become citizens and to convert us all, G-d forbid. They do explicitly admit that as far as they are concerned, a Jew who does not accept their deity will burn in hell. On the surface, why should we care? What difference does it make if huge sums of money for Israeli welfare causes are from xtian sources? "When Mashiach comes, we'll ask him what religion he is," the cynics wink. But this is not a matter that can be laughed off. Money talks. The organizations that feed the hungry children of Israel will eventually control their minds, as well. Slowly but surely, more and more xtian institutions are being built in Israel. They have infiltrated almost every Jewish organization. And most worrisome of all, they have infiltrated the political Right. Acting MKs and candidates for the Knesset from all the rightist parties have been busy running to their churches in the US, hugging the most despicable missionaries and giving their activities in Israel and their beliefs the legitimacy so crucial to their success. Big money from these groups has been blinding the eyes of many Likud candidates, as well as Orange MKs and rabbis, and strictly kosher Haredi rabbis, as well. It is hard to blame the Likud candidates for taking their money. If well-known rabbis and MKs with large skullcaps and beards see nothing wrong with xtian support, why should the less religiously knowledgeable Likudnik be more stringent than they are? These xtians have been waiting for 2,000 years for their messiah to arrive. They certainly have the patience to position more and more politicians who owe them their seats in key slots in Israel. Missionary activity in Israel is growing by leaps and bounds. But what mayor or politician will fight the missionaries after they have received millions from the very same 'Israel loving' organizations? It is astounding how a history of 2,000 years of bloodshed evaporates in the face of large sums of cash. The children of Beit El will not pay the price of this abomination any time soon. The price will first be paid by the children in poor neighborhoods and in families whose Jewish identity is not well developed. But every Jew is responsible for one another. If we do not open our eyes and reject these xtian groups and their money, we will all eventually pay the price. Keep up to date

![]() Ideologically Corrupt Dayan Not for Likud After Oslo architect Uzi Dayan joined the Likud on Tuesday, Moshe Feiglin commented, "Kadima-style ideological acrobatics is corruption no less dangerous and grave than financial corruption. Likud members must renounce the injection of this corrupt phenomenon into their party."
|
| The Uzi Dayan Disorder |
It is difficult to fathom the obsessive drive of the
national camp to obtain approval from the 'lords of the land.' What
compelled Menachem Begin to include Moshe Dayan in his government over
twenty years ago? What compels Binyamin Netanyahu to include Moshe
Dayan's nephew, Uzi, in his party today? This phenomenon will be researched someday. But its results are already clear. We know which direction Begin took at Camp David after some prodding by Moshe Dayan and we also know which direction Sharon took in Gush Katif after including the Labor party ministers in his government. Uzi Dayan's inclusion in the Likud points to one of two possibilities: The first possibility is that the Likud will not win the next elections. The Likud voter base is in the Right. Its chance to return to power lies with the disenchanted ex-Likudniks who now vote for Lieberman, Shas and other small rightist parties. Decorating the Likud with leftist feathers will not help it to retrieve the full third of Israel's voters who currently identify themselves as right of the Likud. The second possibility is even worse. The Likud just may win. But the Defense Minister in the Likud government will be either Ehud Barak or Uzi Dayan. The Likud would then have to quickly make good on the seal of approval that it bought from the Left. In current terms, the currency with which the Likud will buy its approval is called 'Convergence'. General Uzi Dayan is a card-carrying member of Israel's leftist elite. He is one of the major advocates of Oslo. The fact that a general of his stature was on the Oslo staff gave Rabin and Peres just what they were looking for - a 'military expert' to lend the murderous agreement an air of sound military judgment. Dayan was also an ardent proponent of the 'Disengagement' and of the 'Separation Fence'. So what brings a leftist like Uzi Dayan to the Likud? Politics. The party that he had established, Tafnit, went nowhere quickly. Dayan understands that the Likud is poised to re-take the government and he wants a piece of the pie. Small matters like ideological contradictions do not get in his way. Corruption takes on different forms. Monetary corruption is bad. It undermines the foundations of society. But there is a worse form of corruption - ideological corruption. It is hard to measure ideological corruption and nobody can be tried for committing it. But the ability to jump from one ideological bandwagon to the next any way the political wind blows has brought Israel to the brink of the destruction that we are all feeling today. This corruption joined the Likud on Tuesday.
The Short Term Solution |
| Preparing for Elections |
Moshe Feiglin has been
traveling the length and breadth of Israel, meeting with major Likud
activists in branches throughout the country. He has been very warmly
received. A large number of the Likud members with whom he has met are
interested in seeing Moshe in a high place on the Likud list. These
meetings are building a very solid support base that will serve us well
when elections actually do take place, with G-d's help.Manhigut Yehudit is the largest and most cohesive faction in the Likud. As such, a Manhigut Yehudit endorsement will be very valuable for the Likud candidates for the Knesset. Our members often ask Moshe if they will be asked to support Likud candidates who they find 'unsavory' for various reasons. There are two basic guidelines that we must keep in mind at all times: 1. The major goal that Manhigut Yehudit has set for itself is to establish committed, faith based leadership for Israel. A Likud candidate - even if he is extremely Land of Israel oriented - who actively opposes faith based leadership, will not receive our support. 2. Another major goal that Manhigut Yehudit has set is to settle, broaden and guard our Land and to foster the Jewish identity of the state. A Likud candidate who actively supports uprooting Jews from their Land - even if he suddenly decides to support faith based candidates - will not receive our support. |
| Petition for Temple Mount Prayer |
The following is a letter from one of our members. ![]() Dear Shmuel, I am working on a project with the Temple Institute for the Temple Mount. We started a petition which has reached 2,045 and still growing. I have no illusions and I know that for the current Israeli government it would make no difference if there were 200,045 signatures on it. I do, however, think that it makes a difference in the hearts and minds of Jews knowing that so many people are getting together at least in this minimal way for what is right and just. Moshe always talks about the Jewish People restoring its sense of justice for our cause and that is exactly what this petition is all about. I ask that Manhigut Yehudit also gets involved in spreading this petition for Jewish Prayer on the Temple Mount. Please send it out on your list and ask others to send it out to theirs: www.petitiononline.com/har1 |
