- Citizenship for non-citizens to be granted as per the interests of the State of Israel
- Monetary incentives to encourage emigration of Arabs of Judea and Samaria from Israel
- Enforcement of laws pertaining to loyalty to the State of Israel, violent crime, income tax, building permits, etc. upon Arab citizens as stringently as they are applied to the rest of Israel’s citizens.
